Not being able to review missed facemask penalties has always been one of the dumbest things in the NFL...especially when you consider all of the other things they are allowed to review that are 10 times more complicated.

Washington could very well win the East, partly because of the schedule they play. However, I would be very surprised if they are ready to be a contender in the postseason.

Reality is the Vikings lost to 2 good teams in the Lions and Rams (with their big time receivers and some pieces on their o-line back). You can see why/how Stafford won a Superbowl. He has the ability to make plays when needed and bar one bad throw which was effectively an arm punt any way, he was fantastic.

Interesting. The Lions are very physical. The Vikings D seemed to get gassed during the game vs the Rams. I think the Rams will win their division. Two from Washington, Philly and Dallas make the play offs in my view.

They missed it because a player was in between the ref and Darnold, blocking his line of sight.

I don't mind missed calls when they have nothing to do with the success of the play. Like if they miss a hold on the right TE on a sweep left. Same with this. Dude was sacked, game over.

I think they use them with the throw back uniforms . But to go back permanently, I doubt it. Too much invested in the new logo and colors.
