I love Barber's game, week in and out, but Dallas needs to face the reality that a guy that lays it on the line every play like MBIII does will more than likely have a short career.
I have never seen a RB, including Payton, play with as much violent motion as Barber.
If Dmac is what many think he is, going after him may not be a bad idea.
I think Jerry Jones is coming to the realization that if a defense hand picked by Parcells can't stop the current passing assaults in the NFL, he has to find another way to do it. And that would be by keeping opposing offenses off the field as much as possible with an overwhelming running attack.
If you have watched the NFL closely over the years you'll notice how certain styles come in and out of vogue.
Jones, if he goes after Dmac, may be on the cutting edge of bringing back the power running game into the league as both an offensive and defensive tool.
