Exactly, this already is an issue. I cant believe that Spears can come back from knee surgury faster than TO can from a strained hammy.
Recovery time for those 2 injuries are not the same. You are trying to compare apples and oranges.

Gee. Overreact much?

You mean like sitting on a stationary bike with tour gear on?
You mean like not practicing cause he's only at 75%?
Or would it be the little temper tantrum with a coach?
Maybe it's the fact he signs with a team AFTER understanding what's expected of him, with a coach like BP and challenges authority...again.
Nah, I'm not overreacting. It's all acceptable cause he was picked on as a kid.

So he is not allowed to mess around BEFORE practice?

haha you took the Jerry quote waaay out of context. Nowhere has said he was 75% that I am aware of.

Or would it be the little temper tantrum with a coach?

Which coach in Dallas did he have a temper tantrum with? and please use media reports not fan reports

Exactly what challenges has he made? how has he challenged authority?

A strain IS a pull.

BIG difference between a strained hamstring and a SORE hamstring.

Rack, if his hamstring has been truly sore this long then it he has a low grade strain which is as you said a pull.

Muscles tear for the most part when injured. It can run the gamut from microscopic tears in the bundles with enough 'strained' to cause pain to a complete tear with considerable bleeding and a noticable defect in the muscle.

Unfortunately that is not the only medical problem TO has.

funny how people forget that BP says he listens to the trainers, and so far, they're telling him that TO can't go 100%, and thus he's still on the stationary bike

I think it's a case of too much time on our hands

What's the message sent? "Yep. That's all I'll be doing this week. Riding the stationary". My God, that was hilarious. Betcha Bill laughed. Makes him look real authoratative.(is that a word?)

75%, 81.2%.99.9%. Who cares. He can practice but he chooses not to. And the BOSS chooses to "suggest" #81 does his job?

I ain't going back and look for an article that you, I and everyone else has read.

You got to be kidding me. Anyone who has a pulse knows BP wants his delicate little self on the field working. The BOSS has even suggested it. He is able to practice but refuses because he's not 100%. Yet he'll sit on the bike with the gear on and laugh AT us. #81 is getting what he wants. I can't believe you don't see that.

I think you misinterpreted JJ's comment. I think the suggestion was that Owens not practice so hard so that he will avoid straining muscles in practice.

You are interpreting it as JJ saying that Owens is 75% and should be practicing, which seems to be (at least from yesterday's PC) different from the intended message.

No one from the team has said that Owens should be practicing. All that has been said is that the longer he misses practice, the harder it will be to integrate him into the offense.

With all due respect kmd24. See title of this post. And you know they're all (teammates)thinking the same thing. It's coming.

BACK on the bike this morning.
Well. Who'd a thunk it. Next up........... "Incoming reports tell us that #81's closely knit supporters claim that he wants out of Dallas."

"Can't work with Parcells." Sources are quoted as saying.

"I came here to play football" Quips #81.
No crap moronovich. You came here to play football. NOT ride a stationary bike. What a grand way to earn respect from your teammates. Hell, stay home. Phone in after lunch and ask Bledsoe how practice is going.

I'm done with this. EOS.

Thats not what was said at all, go back and read what Jerry said and then try and comprehend and get back to me.

Of course you wont provide a link to something you said lol

Where did you get your medical degree? Parcells suggested it? When? he didnt say he needed to practice RIGHT NOW. He went out of his way to say he was going to err on the side of caution (which means TO not practicing) Maybe you should learn to read what is said instead of trying to read into something?

I got my degree same place you got yours in ESP. I didn't think you cared. Thanks.
BP isn't gonna sit there and say I can't do anything but not play him. Really thought you were smarter than that. Silly 'ol me. I'll go slower for you.....k?
