Sure he is. He hosts a show on New York's ESPN affiliate, ESPN 1050. I know he still writes for the Philly Inquirer, but he's now based out of NYC and was born there and lives there. Also, "Quite Frankly" is taped in NYC.

ESPN1050 is mostly NON-NY guys. (everyone except Michael Kay essentially)
