To Pay Key the Bonus or Not to Pay

I was just wondering if you guys think that we should pay Key the $1 million bonus due on March 15th or should we release him?

I think that he has been somewhat underpaid while he has been here and that he has earned it. I believe that we will keep him and that he will still be rather productive.

There are those here who would say KeShawn's bonus should be delayed until next year to make room for another "unmentionable" WR trying o infiltrate the Dallas lockerroom.

From a distance, I'd have to honestly say that the money is well spent. Key commands respect on the field ...he's a threat that is going to reel havoc on CBs in the NFCE.

You can dislike the guy...but, Key COMES TO PLAY!!

Keyshawn earned my respect the first time I saw him give a TD ball to a handicapped kid in the stands...and he did it more then once!

Also, I saw on TV how he is spending all the money it takes, to help a young football player that was paralyzed during a High School game....!

Yep, me and Keyshawn just became good friends...!

I see you must be an alumni to be able to differentiate between a sophisticated troll and other components. That's rare, because most posters with only 165 posts, don't know exactly what the difference is between someone having fun and a troll.

How do you figure this? He had another very solid year. He's giving us about 70 catches and close to 1000 yards a year. This offense is meant to spread the ball around. Witten, Glenn, Key. We prolly wont have a 100 catch guy here for a while.

Not only the catches, he comes to play ball, period! He blocks, he calls out the slackers, he sticks up for his teammates, and the most important thing, at least for me...if the Tuna wants him, well, so do I!

I never really followed anything about Keyshawn until he bacame a Cowboy...but, he and I just became the best of friends! He's a baller, that is for sure!
