TO Rumors

He will never sign the contract he wants at this time. He will not get the money he desires because of this break with the eagles.

His alternatives are simple.

Take less, perform and then get the pay day.

Go to canada.

That is my point. He has a motivating factor. Money.

He won't score that unless he changes minds on him.

When Jerry Jones is involved you never know what may happen. TO could get a heavy contract. Jones knows he will have to PAY for him. Maybe give him a nice contract and incentive laden to the max!

Wouldn't hurt my feelers one bit. Bring T.O. into Dallas. Solidify the O-line and get a damn kicker, and we're legitimate contenders!

That can be done by fixing the first two.

Doesn't hurt to have a kicker who can be trusted from 40 yards in. :banghead:

Sorry I meant by fixing the oline and getting a real kicker and leaving TO alone.

It wouldnt hurt to have a kicker that we could TRUST. PERIOD. Ugh... makes me sick thinking of the games lost this year. 'Tis the difference in our current position - which is out of the playoffs.

3 reasons in support of T.O. in Dallas next year, (which Irvin continues to say is going to happen):

1) Bill Parcells.--Probably the only coach who can reach him and control him.

2) 2005 season.--Irvin says T.O. realizes he went too far and now realizes his NFL career hangs by a thread. Whoever gets T.O. next year will get a T.O. motivated to make up for this year and will be on his best behavior for at least one season. His only chance at a big $$ bonus is to play well and behave for a complete season.

3) Opposing Defenses--With T.O. on the outside you can waive goodbye and forget about the consistent wave of blitzers our offense faced against teams like Denver and the Skins. No WR in the game today makes more TD plays of 50+ yards. T.O. completely changes the dynamic of our offense and allows us to attack teams week in and week out like we did against Carolina who for some reason failed to blitz us very much in our game.

It should be an interesting off-season.

Parcells has said he has no interest in him and let him prove he can be a team player somewhere else........even though it will never happen.

"and it was written that the cows will pray for eagels and then they will trasnform an eagle into a cow of their own"

there you have it cowboys fans praying for an eagle win and as was fortold we will get TO!

The league office said noone can talk about picking up TO until the season is over. Remember Jerrah almost got fined because they thought he had talked about it. Why would BP put the Boys chance at getting TO in jeopardy?
