Every team can lose even with the starter in place the whole year.

The Rams have had multiple starters (high drafted as well) and they have not had winning records.
Look at the number of QBs the Browns have been through without winning seasons.
The raiders are just now starting to turn the corner after years of different QBs.

Its embarrassing how bad the team is at home. The worst in all of professional sports. Even when we were 12-4 in 2014, all 4 losses were at home.
