Hope it's a good game to remember.
Yeah, hope it's a great game for him and the team, a blowout game, lol

Romo a better pure QB than Aikman and Staubach. Obviously by the numbers, possibly one of the most prolific to ever play the game.
And gets dragged through the mud every single week by the media and our own fans. Its one of the true mysteries of the universe.
Agreed. Rivers has a 2.32 release time after the snap so far this year. That is why our D-Line couldn't get to him in that game. He's an extremely underrated QB.
I got that "time to attempt" info from a blog by "one-cool-customer" over at BTB. It's a great article which lists all of our upcoming QBs we face. And why, in certain games we lacked QB pressure. The article explains it better than I can...And I fully agree with it.
Here it is for those interested:

That is an interesting article, in that it objectively accounts for our lack of a pass rush in those games. Even so, two of the slower QB we've faced according to that metric (Eli and Alex Smith) had their best games of the season so far against us, despite the pressure.Agreed. He is having a great season also, but what does this have to do with the thread?

I'll be looking for it.I am going to make reel of romo spectacular plays at some point.
Please. If either of those guys played on Romo's offenses they would blow him away. Please don't give me the horrible offensive line excuse, Aikman and Staubach would have gotten the ball out early and accurately and avoided the most of the pass rush Romo brings on himself.
What a joke of a post.
Funny how you sweep the one thing that debunks you're ridiculous rant by telling those that would dare argue with you that the "bad offensive line excuse doesn't count".
Tony Romo brings the pass rush on himself? One of the most illusive quarterbacks in the league with one of the fastest releases? Do you even watch this team?
Aikman sure was awesome when his offensive line disappeared. I just don't understand how someone could post this nonsense with a straight face.
Oh...and Romo will be the starter for this team for at least 3 more years. Feel free to take your haterade to another fanbase.
Apparently Romo could have most passing yards all time through 100 games. Already has more than Peyton, in reach today of Marino and Brees, who I believe was the other guy on the list. Pretty remarkable.
Uhh...not could. He DOES have the most all time through his first 100 games. Did you not even watch the game? It was covered to death. lol
Look at the time stamp. I posted that as it was mentioned in the game...I had no idea going into the weekend that was even the case or a possibility. I also posted on another thread that I was insanely impressed that an undrafted kid from Eastern Illinois would hold that record 100 starts later. Unbelievable story and good for Tony. Actually hugely underrated player and to think Sports Nation was still cracking jokes on Twitter that Matt Barkley was doing his best Tony Romo impersonation...
