You're free to believe whatever you want, but it seems pointless to hand wring over the day to day health status of a guy in May when the games don't start until September. Especially when the FO is openly admitting he's still experiencing recovery of functional strength on a weekly basis and is expected to continue to do so over the course of the Summer.
If this is still an issue in August then feel free to hit your panic button, but there's nothing wrong with easing this kid in to the daily routine of football considering the severity of the injury he's coming back from. They're being patient with him, and don't have any obligation to display him for anyone... even if that's uncomfortable for the instant analysis world fans and media like to live in. Or, in some cases, twitter medical experts who like to proclaim real-time recovery outlooks behind a computer monitor.
