Brady showed his *** yesterday by taunting smith in the endzone. (Although his play backed it up, it shows that he can be prone to getting in his head)

I've also noticed that when Brady and the patsies are in shotgun formation he flinches his entire upper body when he calls out the designated snap count. His arms jolt back towards his body a good half second before the ball gets there. I just wonder why D linemen or blitzers don't use this to get a good jump. I would imagine Ware would be a beast with a edge like this should the opportunity arise (Super Bowl?).

On another note....

Shaun King this morning on Mike and Mike said that Brady and Manning are the top two qb's in the league (okay that's a good argument) but then proceeded to say that Hasselbeck maybe the 3rd best behind them and in front of Romo???!!!!!:lmao2: What a knob.

Go Boys!

Because they'd be called for offsides

I think he meant they should see this action and anticipate the snap of the ball on that.

I could be wrong though.

I think its funny when these former QBs that really sucked are passing judgement or opinions on other good/great QB's

Sean King was horrible. Thats like a kid with an etch-a-sketch telling Michaelangelo that he wasnt a good artist/painter.

Like Yeager said, they'd be offsides. Wasn't that the Eagles game where Brady did that, the D jumped, and they were called offsides? Madden even pointed out that QBs used to not be able to flinch like that (simulating the snap, etc.), but now it's okay.

I heard him say that Brady and Manning were the top two and Romo and Hasselbeck were a tier behind. I did not hear him say that Hasselbeck was third followed by Romo.

Okay....a couple of things here.

What is wrong with Tom Brady dishing out some trash talk? The Steelers have always been a bunch of talkers, especially when they had Jerry Porter.

The Steelers were jawing and hitting players late the entire game even thought they were lit up like a christmas tree.

Also, what is wrong with a commentator making an opinion about Hasselbeck and Romo.

Look, Romo is going to get compared to every good QB in the league and vice versa, so everyone needs to get use to it.

This is how it is going to go:

1. Romo is having a great season but can he do it in the Playoffs

2. Romo has won a Playoff Game but can he win a Super Bowl

3. He had a great season but can he do it again

4. (Years later) A good QB will come into the league and he will be compared to Romo

Romo is going to be under the microscope locally and nationally, so people need to get use to it.

I know what he was saying and I was saying that since it was NE that the other team would be called offsides. :D

Some trash talk from the QB is one thing. Favre talks a lot of trash, but it was usually around the line of scrimmage or when someone hit him, etc.... Warren Sapp for instance. And he does it more in a playful manner.

But Brady sought out Smith intentionally to talk trash down the field. IMO he's asking for someone to retaliate. Harrison gave him a little shove yesterday. He keeps that up, and it could be worse next time.

Ahhh, the old "good play" 5 yard penalty every team seems to get against NE, I gotcha.

ROMO is pretty darn good .........

Crazy, this guy is saying the best QB Dallas has had, ever, is maybe not as good as Matt Hasselbeck. Where's the outrage?

What the hell does Shaun King know about QBing?

Seriously... he was listed as a QB in the NFL for awhile, but ... what the hell does he actually know about QBing?

:D

I hate trash talk, I cringed when Newman and James took the bait and I dislike Crayton's posturing, I differentiate it from confidence and a loose swagger.

I dislike New England because of Rodney Harrison and the whining brady does when his receivers are covered or he is hit, I do not dislike them for winning, I dislike them for winning without a respectable character and having done so in the past under questionable circumstances.

The Colts won with class, simply couldn't hate them, had my respect and still do.

Rams had my respect, got a little tired of hearing about them but they did so with class.
