Tom Cable let go

Oakland ran a zone blocking scheme so I doubt it.

There goes that. I was hoping he would be our offensive line coach, but it appears his philosophy would conflict with ours.

Yea, because he would have fit in real well with Garrett.

Why are the cheerleaders in the locker room?

That's another change Garrett made. Something about needing to act like REAL men..

I want no part of that man. Anybody who is down with slapping women around isnt someone I want to cheer for.

Yup, i can only laugh at people who would preach about what Garrett brings to this team and then say they want to bring in a man like this. Unreal.

Seemed to work pretty well for them, they were monsters on the ground.

I would want to hear more details about the domestic battery charges; but it sure sounds like he is a guy no respectable organization would want around.

Here's my idea:

Hire him in some capacity, keep him around until he punches out Houck and Campo, and then regretfully let him go.

What... they were actually respectable this season for the first time in forever. I think he'll find another job relatively quickly.

What a strange team...
Coach actually get production from two nominal busts - Campbell and McFadden and wins 6 division games - the ones they love to win.

And he is kicked out.....

Tom Cable was not the reason they performed at a high level it was their OC. Tom Cable was due a large offer next year, so they saved money and promoted someone within, don't know why that is considered bad
