Again to so we are clear, Tom Herman has recruited and LANDED about 5 times as many 5 star TEXAS kids as Strong and that really tells you all you need to know about who is stronger.

Herman recruited Texas kids to RICE that played in the NFL.

Meyer put Herman to work in Texas recruiting, he put Strong to work in Florida recruiting. There is a reason for that.

Strong's been a mediocre recruiter at UT, a worse game day coach and he's fielded a defense only Tech can admire.
I appreciate his approach to building young men of character but ultimately the wins are absent and the talent in Austin is fair to middling while arguably the top overall NFL prospect in football plays in that hellhole that is college station.
