It should be turned into a National monument.

Wonder how much the price is inflated because it was coach Landry's?

I doubt it is. That's prime North Dallas real estate. Everybody wants to move in those neighborhoods these days. I actually expected the price to be higher.

That's quite an impressive spread -- to say it's spacious seems an understatement. I've never seen a bathroom with so many drawers and the living areas are immense. Very nice.

Looks like a nice home for $750K you couldn't buy a nice barn in my area for that price. That house would run you around 2M in a nice area of Los Angeles.

That's the difference between Texas and the cesspool you live in.

Jk bro. ;)

The prices for homes in the LA area are ridiculous but the property taxes in Texas are higher than here.

why do two old peoples need so much room and opulant? i say gift it to young people who could enjoy it more and party with Miley.

I don't know the market there, but the right play for a house like this would be to list slightly below market to attract as many offers as possible, then create a bidding war, as some buyers are going to be motivated by the Landry angle. If this is the case, the house will sell well above asking.

All evens out in the end.

Property taxes aren't cheap out here and because of the inflated prices of homes you would never live long enough to see it even out.

A 400K house with Texas taxes would have a payment similar to a 600K house with no taxes.

I don't think you can get the equivalent of a 400K house in Texas for 600K in LA, unless you build it in Compton.
