Tonights Game Could Not Of Been Written Better

Chill on that SB talk when Romo has yet to win a playoff game. Just relax with that kind of talk
Only Cowboys haters hang their hat on "Romo hasn't won a playoff game" mantra. He only played in one friggin playoff game for crying out loud and in his first season, it isn't like he played several and is winless.

LOL. You think that the NFL is going to let their beloved Cheatriots lose the game that counts the most, after letting them survive multiple suspiciously called games this year to stay undefeated in the the regular season?

I have lost a lot of faith in the integrity of the game this year.

That being said, I would love your scenario though.

Yep. It really sucks.

I'm not at all concerned that Romo hasn't won a playoff game yet. They all said the same thing about Troy - until he did. In no time, he was wearing 3 rings.

What concerns me more, and concerns me plenty, is the integrity of the NFL, or lack thereof. The refs miss an awful lot of calls against the Patriots. Those calls, if made, could have changed the direction of several games this year. I'm not at all ready to see that happen to the Cowboys in the Super Bowl.

They won't make it past the Colts.

I think Jax matches up alot better.

The gints proved it. Run,Run,Run.

And the pats have no running game.
Granted ,they don't seem to need it, but lets hope for lousy weather in N.E. for the playoffs.

yes of course it was well written, they were playing their script on two nationwide networks.

They always bring in Mike Kerrey for the biggest fixes.

If this game was not decided in a conference room somewhere earlier this week, I am a monkey's uncle.

I just think of all the time I wasted watching football over the years when I could have been doing something productive. And to think I used to rag on my wife for being so into Survivor when the NFL is little more than such a reality show, albeit with a bigger stage and more unwitting actors.

Only the biggest suckers fall for the biggest scams.

I seriously doubt that this game will do anything but give the Giants their biggest boost of confidence of the year and reenergize them.

They played loose, smart, good football with the best team in the land. They will now enter the playoffs with tons of confidence. I fully expect them to defeat Tampa Bay now.
I think they lose for the same reason. They expended so much energy that they have to go on the road against a quality opponent that plays good D. It takes a lot out of a team to come so close and blow it at the end.

What I find amusing is that the refs call penalties to 'compensate' for these non-calls once the game is in the control of the Pats to make it appear as if the Patriots haven't gotten an unfair advantage.

Hint: The lobotomy didn't take, get another.

remember our buffalo game?

Mike ***** Kerrey

has there ever been a more ***** up game? I am sure it was a personal challenge for him to nail the spread under so tight. Just like tonight, it took a lot of special little conferences with the QB to let them know exactly what to expect.

It was kind of hilarious tonight, I was waiting for a little scrubby dude as Director's assistant to come out and say "Patirots vs Giants 16-0 script take two" on the Randy Moss touchdown.

I know one thing, there is no way in h*** Williams or Hamlin could get away with what Harrison does.

How hilarious was that? On a two-deep cover zone that was designed to specifically stop the deep play to Moss. The CB doubles the no-named receiver underneath, leaving Moss open to the safety, who is in the middle of the field and not even close to Moss to make a play. On a 2-deep zone called specifically to stop Moss. DO I even have to mention that this was the play that set both records???

Of course not, they aren't Patriots. Their OL never holds. Their DL doesn't dive at QBs knees. Their secondary never hits late. And they never ever start anything.

The Patriots will be 18-0 when they lose to the Cowboys in the SB and the Giants will be mentally and physically worn out next week after playing their hearts out only to fall apart yet again.:lmao:

Agreed.

You are I are reading/writing the same script.

i don't want the pats to get to the SB. that means, that it might be cowboys vs. NFL, refs, then Pats. the NFL is going to want the pats to win, so I want them to lose out to jax or colts.

I don't think the Giants ground game was effective at all.

That would be the downer to end all downers! To this day I cannot stand watching the Steeler/Cowboy SuperBowls and the many "assists" the refs gave the Stealers.

Man im glad the giants loss. i hate them and there ******** lookin QB... giants suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not necessarily. Please study your various tv sitcoms and dramas and movie scripts throughout history. The Pats are being set up for the fall. They will be hated and vilified and will lose. Book it.

Just because the cowboys character(Romo) has been written into the lead, don't get so excited.
