Tony Dorsett's 5 biggest plays

What the Cowboys coaches need to do is have rookie Jaydon Blue study all of Tony Dorsett's tapes and practice to play/perform like TD. Blue has the physical tools to be just as effective and good as TD was, especially since Jaydon is slightly faster than Tony Dorsett was. Jaydon Blue could truly become special for the Cowboys if he is coached properly and made to emulate Tony Dorsett.

PS: Me personally, I have always believed Tony Dorsett was the best running back the Cowboys have ever had......up to date. Even better than Emmitt Smith (no disrespect intended). One can see on tape just how special and good Tony Dorsett truly was. Hope Jaydon Blue can come close to becoming as good as Tony Dorsett was.

Dorsett could have had many more yards, so he claimed. But Landry thought because of his size. He would have got worn down, and his career would not have been as long.
So said Tony.
Sounds plausible to me.

I recall hearing about Emmitt not wanting to be removed from blowout games because of stats. Not a problem as no one could ever criticize his desire to also win…not just games, but championships.

Dorsett was much more talented than Emmitt. Elliott also. The intangibles were all the difference.

One of the very few times where Coach Landry was wrong. He should have ran Tony Dorsett a lot more.
