I absolutely agree. This team has especially mismanaged Elliot.

I would even say have sabotaged him.

This team has mismanaged virtually every top player for the last 26 years.

Pollard is not an every down back that is clear; but he does have explosiveness; a REAL OC would figure out how to use both him and Elliot to take advantage of each's strengths.
