Bingo. Right now teams aren't putting an extra DB in the game because of Pollard. You line him up in the backfield and motion him out you can get matchups to take advantage of. You play your hand and line him up at WR too many times and teams will be putting the extra DB in the game and he becomes very ineffective.
One of the probelms has been Moore doesn't know how to cleverly sub RBs. Zeke has to ask for a substitution? All this does is let the defense adjust to Tony coming in.

The defense shouldn't even realize zeke is out and Tony just flashed by them. It's a dman shame.

I've seen plays in training camp already with both Pollard and Zeke on the field together.

In fact, what I think was the 1st 11-on-11 snap in training camp had them together.

Yeah, but will they actually do it in a game. We've been promised crap for years but somehow they fail to deliver on game day.

Oh sure. Should the man drop a pass you'll be the first to criticize him by starting a thread about it!

Bottom line is Pollard can be used in a bunch of different ways and it gives other teams fits trying to game plan against him.

He should take on Washington snaps to fill the gap.
Precise route running with quickness & speed to win most matchups.

Wishful thinking. However, he never carried the load or caught the load at Memphis. So, do not try to make him what he is not. He is a change of pace RB, that can return kicks, and catch out the backfield or in the slot.

Wrong on 100 levels. He was all purpose threat in college and it translated into NFL. If it wasn’t for limited snaps he would have put up stats similar to Kamra and Mccafrey.

Him and Zeke can be on the field at the same time. This is the only way to beat the Broncos’s defensive scheme.

He needs to watch New England & Philly tapes on how to use 2 RB set.

When you have an explosive player like Pollard it doesn’t matter what the defense do, if the OL run blocks average he will make things happen. You saw in practice the defense knew it was a run and still couldn’t stop him. Even Parsons can’t catch him in a footrace.

Then the blame shifts to Dak and McCarthy. If they can’t adapt, adjust, and overrule anything that is detriment to this team then it’s their fault at the end. Don’t need weak minded losers on this team if they continue to let the same pattern happen again.

He's not a WR. He is a RB that can catch the ball. He's not the same kind of WR Washington is so he can't be used to fill that role.

I disagree, he was a WR and a RB in college and has the natural traits to play both.

- Route Running is better than Washington
- Better Speed
- Better quickness
- Better agility

Okay, he was a WR in college but in the pros, he isn't anymore. Your opinions about his route running, speed/quickness, and agility don't matter when the people making the decisions on how to play him don't share your opinion. Get over it!

The guy has vision, can find openings and has the burst and second gear to be an X factor player.
