He also comes off as rich kid know it all. His arrogant tone is what really irritates most observers moeso than any bias. Just my opinion of course, he's had a great career so he must be doing something right.

Exactly right. He's not biased. He's annoying.

It works, though, somehow, when he's paired with Aikman. They complement each other pretty well somehow.

What the hell is wrong with Michelle Beisner...

Don't know. She could be concerned that she's not the prettiest female in the camera shot. Don't know what happened between Buck and his first wife, but their genes matched up pretty darn well. In ten or fifteen years, that young lady will be absolutely stunning.
