To blame a QB that can be as productive and give you those points is just to the point of absolute absurdity. The man got us 36 points yesterday.

Yes, he tries to take on too much late in the game. The problems in Dallas will never get solved if we just sit here talking about how we need to be more clutch at the QB position.

When was the last time we had a 3rd down sack in the 4th quarter in a must-win game? Lets start there. If we don't spend our top 2 picks next year on DL we are going to be screwed for a long while.

I'm sure that's part of it, but the facts are, he threw 2 picks (and nearly a 3rd) with the game on the line in the 4th. He undid a lot of the good things he did yesterday with those picks. To say nothing of his audibles.

That's who he is. He'll make great plays, and often undermine himself with questionable 2nd half decisions.

If your team needs you to score a field goal on the last series of the game...you get it done.

Yes, he failed to get it done in crunch time. Obviously the loss came as a result of meltdowns in various areas, but Romo contributed in a big way.

IMHO he is what many have called him over the years -- Favre Jr.

Like Favre at the beginning and end of his career, he can put up incredible numbers and look all-pro for long stretches, however, will make a back-breaking mistakes at the most inopportune of moments.

The QB and HC always get blamed. Regardless if they deserve it or not.

For this loss, they both deserve it.

good qb but he's a choker. in this league of parity where so many games come down to the wire, you need your 100M qb to win you the game at the end sometimes. he is not mentally capable of doing that. never has, never will be.

didn't realize Beasley calls the plays in the huddle and then options out of the run call to a pass play at the line of scrimmage...........oh that's right, he doesn't, ROMO DOES!!

Favre won a super bowl and a truckload of playoff games. His erratic play was far more rewarding than Romo's.

I'm really tired of having stats quoted at me by Romo fans when he continues to make late-game breakdowns in December.

I don't blame Romo for the loss but I do question why he and Beas were not on the same page in that particular situation. Isn't this something they work on in practice?

I blame this loss on (gulp!) the head coach. I was a supporter until now: He just does not step up as a HC should when it's crunch time. His team was good enough to lead the Packers for 30 minutes; what happened the other 30 minutes? I think he is a good coach but he is not a HC. There, I said it. :(
