Tony Romo = John Elway?

Romo is greater than the sum total of all the best QBs who have ever played this game... I think that's clear.

That goes without saying. When his career is done, they'll have to make a new hall of fame based around him.

Was watching a junior high game the other day. All I could think was....WOW!! That kid is the next Tony Romo!!

There's some merit to that comparison.

But I agree with what one other person said that Romo is brighter than Farve-- I agree.

Romo's smarts are his best attribute IMHO.

Romo is smarter, more accurate, but he, like Farve, is prone to forcing the issue, but thank goodness that he does it less frequently than Farve has been doing these past few years, way less frequently

I was driving my car past a park with some kids playing flag football in it. When the quarterback stared the defense over to the intended reciever without scanning for even a second read, I thought to myself.. Drew Henson!

I heard that after seeing the Romo snaperooski play last week, Chuck Norris and Mike Ditka both went into hiding.

It's true.

Why the freakin' hell do people feel the need to compare our players to other players from the past?

Does it matter who the hell he plays like? As long as he wins, IT DOESN'T MATTER.

That's exactly how I feel too. It just isn't important.

Man, you definately hit the nail on the head there, Rack. You are a great poster.

Almost like a young Michael Winicki, with faster typing motion. You kind of remind me a little of Bob Sacamano too... just real smooooth. :D

I think of him more like a hybrid between heavy hitter and dbair.

Sorry but Romo can't walk like Elway, ala John Wayne walk, therefore, Romo will never be Elway.

And Elway will never be John Wayne.

Funny how that works.

and some height. When he starts leading comebacks, maybe I'll see it.

Hard to lead a comeback when your team is 3 TDs ahead in the 4th quarter week after week.
