Romo, Simpson secretly married? Punk’d!?

Did Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson secretly get married?
They did, if she and her mom, Tina, weren't kidding on Tuesday as they left a Chili's restaurant in L.A.
A TMZ reporter asked the pop star if she and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback were "getting married soon," and Tina Simpson said, "They already are! What are you talking about?"
"You guys are already married?" the reporter asked.
The women laughed.
"I guess if Mom says so," Jessica replied.

A Dallas Morning News blog wasn't sure what to make of the report, but the first commenter had a clear opinion: "DMN bloggers get punk'd again."
Sure enough, the women were joshing, TMZ told Dallas TV station NBC5.
Romo's romance with Simpson became high-profile after she was repeatedly shown on camera during a December game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
After the Eagles won, 10-6, Dallas fans began calling her a back luck charm, and the Cowboys' loudmouth wideout Terrell Owens said, "Right now, Jessica Simpson is not a fan favorite – in this locker room or in Texas Stadium," he said.
Some wag even dubbed her the "Yoko Romo."
Their romance came under even more scrutiny when the couple vacationed in Cabo just before the Cowboy's playoff against the New York Giants in January.
Although Simpson didn't attend, Romo again played poorly and the Cowboys were upset by the eventual Super Bowl winners.
Romo's romances first got attention when he was dating American Idol winner Carrie Underwood.
