If: he had another team around him.

Romo is not only better than Aikman or Elway, he would be the greatest ever if he had some of the teams the other greats had.

Could you imagine if he had played on the 70's Cowboys or Stealers teams. Roger only won 2 SB's. With that Cowboys team Romo may have had 5 or 6. Bradshaw only won 4 with that Squealers team. On that same team its no doubt Romo would have 6 SB wins minimum.

Or could you imagine Romo with Montana's Forty-Whiners. Joe won 4 as the most over-rated QB in the history of the NFL. How many would Romo have won with those Bill Walsh teams, 7 maybe 8?

Or what about those Joe Gibbs Foreskins teams that won SB's with Doug William and Mark Rypien. In that system Romo would have 3, 4, maybe even 5!

Or can you imagine if Romo had been playing in New England? He would never have lost those last 2 SB's that Tom Brady lost. Nor would he have needed long FG's to win the 1st 3 Brady won. Not only would Romo have won the 5 SB's that Brady has played in, that team may have been won several more with Romo under center.

The possibilities are endless with Romo on the RIGHT team. Romo is so good, if he was on some of these other teams he may have never even thrown any interceptions! And, undoubtedly he would be the league leader in all passing categories every year!

I agree. And Jerry's the greatest GM ever. And Garrett's the greatest coach ever. And Costa's the greatest center ever. And Shante Carver's the most underrated DE in NFL history. Sensationlize much?

Bro this is sad....

You are so obsessed it's not even funny.

Read what you just wrote, serious or not..you come off as a clown. You are trying to clown others, but in the process you make yourself look pathetic with this thread.

Sit back and think about life. For you to have to come in and start a new thread, write up a long summary about nothing, makes you look like a sad little man.

AHHHHHH!!!! I'm cringing hard today. Let the season begin please. Or at least the draft. Something.

I'm very happy we have Romo. This stuff is just too much though.

Romo would be the greatest of all-time "if" he is able to win at least 6 or 7 Super Bowls. Even if he does that I don't know.

Tony was not and never will be on those teams. So lets stop living in Narnia and get the dude some help. Then we will see what he can do. We've also never seen many of those players on a bad team.

Or he could have been Jim Kelly of the 1990's Buffalo Bills and lost them all.
I like Romo and think he is a good QB, but comparing him to the the best of all time, forget about it. The difference between Romo and the QB's he is being compared to is the others got the job done. Romo hasn't done it yet, even though I root for him every week. Until he does he is just going to be another Dan Foutes, man with a lot of passing records

Are people taking crazy pills or something? Romo will never be the greatest of all time. Ever.

Guys, he is making fun of the Romo fluffers who have made every excuse in the book for Romo's track record and hang onto his stats like they are the last life vest on the Titantic. I think it's funny because I contemplated just 4 or 5 hours ago starting a "Romo is the greatest QB of all time" thread.

lol....actually I think hes making fun of the haters......the extremes they take to discredit Romo are just as sensationalized as this post saying he is GOAT

Any interest in ever contributing anything around here? It's a forum: a good place to exchange ideas if you ever care to.

I don't think so. Read the last paragraph again. It is soo absurd that it has to be sarcasm pointed at those that think Romo is soo good based soley on his stats and refuse to acknowledge his continued season ending mistakes or poor play.
