I feel for Tony, everyone expects him to come in and save the day, and he's going to try his best. But every mistake he makes, every interception, fumble and missed pass will be over scrutinized. If he doesn't miraculously take the Cowboys to the playoff, he will be called a choker, a loser, a bad leader, and everyone will remember his season as a failure.

Furthermore, I really think that Garrett will handcuff him with a conservative, like the ones he is using now. Tony will have discard the game plan and go play street ball.
