The flight isn't that long--especially in first class.

I'd honestly rather see our 3rd string kiddo play than Weeden. At least he has legs.

If he practices this week he will play....just hope he gets through it. If he gets hurt worse there will be a lot of second guessing.

After the disaster that was the last 2 games we have no other option but go all in with Romo this week regardless of the opponent.

Serious question - would Dustin Vaughan really be that much worse than Weeden?

Have Romo on the sidelines but in pads. If Weeden is playing well, no need to sub Romo in. If Weeden is struggling but the Cowboys are tied or narrowly trailing, it's worth putting Romo in.

Love where your head's at :), was thinking the same thing.

I would like if he could sit out this game but we don't have anyone similar to a QB after him.

I actually had a convo with a co-worker who's somewhat of a Cowboy fan and when telling him Romo and two starting lineman should be back for the next game.

I also said with Weeden I don't think we beat Jacksonville....he then says to me "Well I don't think it had anything to do with the QB, he didn't do all that bad."

He left me standing there stunned and speechless.

No, probably better I say give him some experience and see what we have there you really don't know if the game is too big for them until you try who would have thought Patmon would be all that. He is supposed to be pretty mobile in the pocket and I bet he wouldn't have been a deer in the headlights staring down Dez when Beasley was wide open all day. In fact They should save the cap space and go find the next best QB do be the third stringer.

If Tony can't go, I vote for Dez at QB.

At least he can throw. Plus the team wouldn't have to worry about getting him the ball.

Romo's injury isn't that serious. He's going to play.

I think he suits up and we absolutely destroy the Jags in London.

If Brandon Weeden starts i dont even think we beat the Jaguars.

If this team THINK Brandon Weeden cannot beat the Jags....he should be cut IMMEDIATELY! It is easy to say based on what we saw Sunday that Romo needs to play....but I never thought he should have came back in the Commanders game. Weeden was doing JUST FINE. Not going to make excuses for Weeden....but not sure what kind of message the team sent pulling Weeden from a game where he was doing JUST FINE....for a a guy who could not walk.

Playing Weeden on Sunday would send a message to the team that we better pass protect better, we better stop getting FGs blocked, we better come up with better play calling, we better tackle better, we better punt better, we better have better punt/kick returns. This team cannot put Romo back on the field and the coaches/players all take a breath and sit back and wait for the Magic Man to rescue us. ALL of those aforementioned things are why we have lost the last 2 weeks....and Romo by himself cannot clean that up!

Does he get to lie down in first class? There's a world of difference between lying and sitting on a 9-hour flight.

Weeden? they should tie him to the back of the plane with a rope and let him dangle out there for the entire flight

oh, you meant tony... :D

Look if you force us to watch Weeden play the worst team in the league their maybe could be an international incident. I'm not saying, just saying. Put Tony in until the 3rd when the game is sown up and then let BW get practice hanging off to Murray.

Nobody wants any trouble, we are all friends here.

If either the Weeden that played last week, or the Romo who finished the skins game shows up, we don't have a prayer. I don't see Weeden playing much better and with fractures in his back, I don't see Tony being effective.

The only thing I do know is we'll continue to see 8-9 men in the box till we prove we can beat it.

That's good.

I've been on nearly 30 flights across the Pacific Ocean - usually a 14-hour flight - and sitting is utter back misery.

Have you ever been in first class? I've been to South East Asia in first class many times and it's easy. I would rather do that than sit on a 3 hour flight in a crappy middle seat, or the worst thing, stuck on the runway for a few hours.
