I have seen this in college where a team hires a coordinator before the bowl game, and that said coach doesn't put in the effort he normally does. I have heard a coach even admit it, that he was not focused for the bowl game.

Do we have ANYTHING to worry about with Sparano? It has to be in the back of his mind. I just wish they did all this stuff after the season.

He's not the coordinator. Frankly, I'm not sure he's done much more than run drills in practice and act as a sounding board for Garrett this season.

He is not a coordinator, just a position coach.

Him being distracted would have very litte, if any at all, impact on the game.
