Too early to scout QBs?

I think Kevin Hogan is underrated. Stanford doesn't put up gaudy QB #s in their offense, but he's mobile, has a cannon arm, and obviously a high IQ. His delivery is a little screwy, but I think he can play in the NFL.

Nephew of Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly

now it will be next before he declares

but an intriguing guy
