You always hear you can never have too many weapons... but it isn't true.

The cowboys, jason garrett... don't understand how to use the weapons we have.

They try to use each player, and get everyone involved... this isn't working out...

give felix jones the lionshare of carries, let choice spell him. forget about barber.

i would say focus more on the wideouts early rather than try to sprinkle catches to everyone... wide receivers barely got receptions in the first half against the Commanders... made no sense...

let romo have more time, let him move around in the pocket rather than 3 step drops.

Sure it is. No such thing as too many good players. Even if you're just talking skill players.

You think we'd be better off with Austin, Witten and a bunch of receivers who brought no special skills to the table? Who could seldom if ever defeat single coverage?

That makes no sense. Having talented skill players isn't hurting this offense. Having two starting O-line not play last week did.

Barber played well last week. And he's a better player than Choice.

There is no such thing as to many good players unless it henders you from simplifying things when need be.

If it gets in your head that you have to get someone the ball and it effects your gameplay then it can be a problem.

It wouldnt effect a good coach at all.

3rd grade?

2nd grade?

Like others have said there is no such thing as too many weapons.

What you are describing is not a good enough coach. Now I am not saying whether i agree or not. But if your point is the coaches cant figure out how to coach because we have too many players with exceptional talent. Then the problem isnt the talent. Its coaching.

No I think the rational here is that we need weak players to match our weak coaching. Or maybe if our players sucked, our coaches would look better in comparison.:lmao:

Never a thing as too many weapons.

But there is a thing as an incompetent offensive coordinator to develop and implement a game plan to utilize our weapons the best that we can.

So the 1990's Cowboys shouldn't have had so many weapons?

Damn, now I feel like we stole those trophies.

It's pointless, they can't see the forest for the trees.. The bottom line is we need TD's to win in this league...;)

No, they didn't.

Either way, Garrett and the whole team needs to grow a set and give the ball to who deserves it. Felix should get more than Marion, Marion should get more than Tashard. The whole team-including Garrett-needs to recognize and accept that before this offense is a monster.

its easy, it really is.

No trick plays, *ie excessive screens* go with what works in redzone*what works is somewhat unstoppable IE Witten and Barber, Austin to some extent.

This is what we have , yeah its better than most if not every team in league, try and beat us doing what you probably cant stop and we win.

And no they cant stop it, We add a future All pro wideout.

Still cant stop it.. but we try and get cute.. and not "we" .. JG trys and get cute and call college plays . NFL d is too good, seen it all and too fast. Simplify and Dominate . Because sorry, NO nfl team should be able to consistently stop us . Unless we had some guy phoning in plays to opposing team.

top 8 qb, Top running talent, Top 5 wr core.TOP te, Top 8 line *supposedly*

... What/who's the weak link........

Hes irish, played back up for us before... Went to a good school.......

No, that would be the Patriots and the Steelers.
