but i'm concerned about how the players that were on the field performed.
the lack of discipline was atrocious. imo thats coaching.
so we don't need just romo & dez back, we need better coaching.

I absolutely agree and I'm very very down on the coaching. I tried to stick by these guys and believed they were an above average group. With the obvious lack of adjustment we always talk about and a poor game plan it's become clear they are below average.
Marinelli is better but the third and longs are beyond frustrating.

I wouldn't have been unhappy with a change in staff. Or at least some shakeup of position coaches to see if that helped. Callahan was a big loss it appears. That said I'll hope they can make some changes and learn from all these years but it's becoming painfully obvious Garrett is in the bottom part of the league in knowledge, skills, or whatever makes a good coach.

As long as Garrett is here we will have to hope that our players can not only out perform the other teams players but their coaches as well. Just like its been every season with Garrett as our coach. In 2014 we had the leagues best passer, best rusher, and best WR and still would have been bounced first round at home if not for a no-call. It's absolutely humiliating.
