You don't score 30+ without being good in the red zone and short yardage. We really need to get that fixed and step one should be to sit Barber down and let Choice run. He has that great vision and a bit of power and runs so low to the ground. I also think he has the confidence to turn a few of those outside.
Those failures tonight weren't on Barber, they were on the line and the play called. Kept running at the strongest part of the Commanders line and the Oline wasn't getting any push.
Just think how much better the scoring D would be if not for those costly turnovers we had throughout the season that gave opposing offenses the ball in prime scoring position.
