Hard to call bossman fats a disappointment this season when he’s such a disappointment that I literally expected nothing and he’s using the reason he was overdraft, god given athleticism, to be somewhat of a demon on special teams.

I view him getting burned badly in his very limited playing time this season as karmic redistribution for him quiet (something very much wanted for a Cb) in his very limited play time last year. Dude found a niche that’s allowed him not to be and obvious cut which is a mega bust for a 1-2 round pick. Small chance he can become a player which is all you can ask for at this point.

This makes ZERO sense. Been a Cowboy all of 6 months and I guess you thought he would come and start making plays every Sunday.

After the first round here are the WRs taken before Tolbert. So I'm guessing they are all disappoints to their teams also.

Robinson had been hurt, came back and started and had a TD in his 1st game back.
Pickens is clearly the best WR on his team with horrible QB play.
Moore has been active every game.
Pierce is having a very good season as well as have horrible qb play.

So for sure, those guys have been playing WAY better than inactive Tolbert.
Not sure about the other guys.

Fans could be doing a complete reversal on Kelvin Joseph later this season.

Let's not forget that it was acknowledged at the time he was drafted that he would be somewhat of a project. His college experience was very limited, not to mention he was the youngest player drafted that year.

I would temper my disappointment which seems to have reached the same level that was often expressed when discussing players like Dalton Schultz, Dorance Armstrong, and Cooper Rush. Some players need time.

Kelvin Joseph - so disappointing, he makes the list twice!

Everybody is way too tough on Brown. He is what he is - a good 3rd and a not horrible 4th. Our 2nd round pick was supposed to have been the starter.

Other Entries:
Hill - 2nd round pick who can't even stick on the roster. Sad. Especially given the competition at DT.
Gallimore - Pre Season Hype Winner 2021
Bohanna - Pre Season Hype Winner 2022 - To be fair, I don't consider him a disappointment, just a bad player who is slowly getting better. But he definitely hasn't lived up to the hype he got.

5th most active CB after UDFA rookie Bland, who has gotten 20%+ of snaps.
Very disappointing.

I'd go with Gallimore too, as I expected something from him.
But Hill did get himself cut, and that's in competition with Gallimore.
DT is just bad.
If Hankins is at least adequate, he's a big step up.
