1 draft a left guard.
2 draft a dt they can stop the run. ( for 10 years they only draft small pass rushers)
3 draft a referee.
I’d I had it my way, I’d draft a qb who has a better than average arm and processes the field above bad.
4 draft a center.

i think we do go at OL within first 3 rounds .. maybe 2 OL guys within 4 rounds, as i do think a regarded LB .....

But i do think McClay stay keeps with his draft value board - you don't draft a OG in 1st rd for sake of drafting a guard out of need.
you make sure he's zack martin like draft grade and warranted over the rest of the graded guys on your draft board .
