Yeah, some MDs have Winston Justice and McNeil going into the 1st Round as well.

Time to trade down, if we don't deal with it in free agency.

OT & ILB's to be had in the second.

I've seen some mock drafts having us take Marcus McNeill in the 1st.

The top 2 names will be 1st rd picks I'm quite certain of that

for sure -- I meant that the 2nd round is where we are going to find value. I can't see us going RT with #18 overall unless one of those top 2 guys are still on the board.

I like McNeill and Winston both better than Justice.

I would really love to get home town kid Scott.

that's more a need pick than a good pick.

Winston Justice might be the best fit for our team.

NFLDraftCountdown has him ranked as the 2nd best tackle and the 10th best prospect overall. He very well may not be there when we pick at 18.

Marcus McNeill may be our man at 18

McNeil is worth every bit of a #18 pick, IMO.

RT could be sewn up for a decade. Between he and Adams, a combination could be found that would keep the edges of our O-Line in Pro Bowl form.

I agree 100%. I am getting a bit nervous though because i have heard McNeill has some form of stenosis narrowing of the spine. hope it isnt anything serious.

I'd also put on that list Daryn Colledge from Boise State....he may be one of the top 3 pass blocking LT's in the draft. I watched him in two games...I was impressed enough to think he's a top 6 or 7 OT this year...one of the better pass blockers and very solid in the run. Needs to add about 15 lbs, but runs about 5.0/40 with very quick feet. If we took him in the second to play LT...i'd be pretty happy, he has a ton of upside. Very athletic and smooth kid...not a lumbering type player.

Has Joe Thomas declared? I have not seen him play, but understand he's a great athlete with tons of upside as well...maybe the most athletic of the bunch next to Ferguson.

This is really a nice list of OT's...and two think a few may still be on the list when we pick in the second is sweet. I'm all for moving Flo to the right and getting a top notch pass blocker, but worst case for me...we keep Flo at left and pick any of these other guys to play right I see a huge upgrade.

We must pick an OT with a minimum of 2nd rounder, if not first.

9. Daryn Colledge, BS
10. Ryan O'Callaghan, Cal

I agree.

And assuming McNeill is healthy, I think he is the most promising. The man is ENORMOUS yet moves like a guy 30 lbs lighter. He sounds like the best RT prospect I've seen in years. And it sounds like he could even backup LT if needed based on his athleticism. A guy with his size and experience (he wouldn't have to be moved from LT to RT because he already plays RT!) is the perfect fit for Dallas.

My only concern is his back issues, I'm scared to get a Rogers all over again. If he proves to be 100%, then I agree 100%...in fact may still consider moving him to left and Flo to right. Even though he's bigger...it appears he's a bit faster/quicker then Flo.

Either way huge upgrade and added flexibility.

Forgot about another guy....Derrick Blaylock for Texas. Reading now that Young has declared look for Blaylock to declare.

I think that the whole "drafting a tackle" thing will largely depend on Rob Pettiti. Bill is going to give him every chance to succeed at this level.

I think it's safe to say that Rob wasn't ready this season for some of the things that he faced. That's understandable. The question is will he be ready next season? Will he ever be ready?

I think that one of these days (and maybe soon) he's going to be good RT. With that in mind, I think Bill will try to find more of a bandaid RT who can play well for a year or two until Rob takes over.
