I have read every one of these things this season either here or in chat. Just wanted to gather all my learnings in one place.

1. When pass plays fail at the one-yard line, it's Garrett's fault for not running every down.
2. When run plays fail at the one-yard line, it's Garrett's fault for not passing.
3. When the defense holds teams to the fewest points they've scored all season and the Cowboys lose anyway, the defense (a) is the reason the team lost and (b) has no heart.
4. When the offense scores 30+ points and the Cowboys lose anyway, the offense (a) is the reason the team lost and (b) has no heart.
5. The Cowboys run too many screen plays, so Garrett should be fired.
6. The Cowboys never run screen plays, so Garrett should be fired.
7. Garrett is terrible because he only takes what the defense gives.
8. Garrett is terrible because he attacks the strength of the defense instead of taking what the defense gives.
9. Third-down plays that result in dumpoffs behind the line to gain were designed that way from the start, so Garrett should be fired.
10. Good RBs never ever fumble in game-critical situations, like late in the first quarter.
11. Defenses that lose their best player to injury usually improve in performance. Failure to do so means that the players have no heart.

Yeah. the fact our guys collapsed after Ware left shows how critical he is to our success.

If he can't go Victor Butler needs to grow up, quickly.

Awesome. And right on, except 10 if it's referring to Barber in the Giants game where he didn't tuck the ball properly.

You joined up in 2005 and you just learned that this year?

Doesn't matter who the coaches are, it's always like that here.

You forgot...

#12: Promote Garret to HC for his red-zone effectiveness.

Whatever!

I believe it was Troy Aikman (does he post here???) who said the team had not heart. I think they are just being spoiled by Jerry Jones and know they can get a big paycheck for average performance. Plus Jerry's management structure is not conducive to winning: He's in the top block of the management chart and everybody else is in a box on the line below him; coaches and players alike...

I thought I was the only poster that saw this lol. Its amazing. Everyone complained about passing on the one yard line earlier in the year. Now we're complaining about running on the one yard line. Its hilarious. I'm starting ot think its just the same guys trying to stir up posters so I really don't think much of it anymore. I just think the whole knee jerk reaction comes with being a poster to some of these guys.

or #11: It's nobody's fault when you can't score. Have another gumdrop, because nobody's accountable.

So in other words, you are here to defend Garrett :) ?

Nothing wrong with that at all, but it is what it is.

11, when we lose in September to November, it proves we suck.

12. when we win in September to November it proves nothing as only wins in December count

Hello?? Jerry is the owner. Why is it so hard for everyone to understand he can/will/does take part in the team. Nobody complained when he was the owner during 3 superbowl wins. He's done everything to make Wade a winner, and he can't win. There aren't many owners who go to the extent JJ does to put the team in a good position to win. Obviously, owning the team isn't a hobby for him as the Zone's braintrust envision. He makes moey from it and lots of it I would assume. We could always have on of the other 31 ultra-successful GMs at the helm.

Those wins in September and November only matter if you're still playing in January. ;) I guess that is #13.

It's called mixing it up. You don't get down there and then just pass or just run. You ever consider that?

The defense played well most of the game. But right after we march 99 yards to tie the game and desperately need to hold them - right after Ware got injured and these guys needed to make a gut check, boom - two plays and we're down 17-10. They may have only gave up 20 points and played well most of the day, but they cracked and couldn't stop anything once we tied it up and then Ware left. Those other 10 guys + Ware's replacement really came up big, eh?

Herein lies your error. It's not run run run only or pass pass pass only that fans want but with Garrett that's what we get and that's why we fail. Where is the balance? Why does he only do one or the other? Mix it up!! I swear the guy does it on purpose, surely he can't be this dumb can he?:bang2:

#13. Garrett should be fired because his simple-minded playcalling can be predicted by every opposing defense.
#14. Garrett should be fired because his Ivy-League overthinking makes him get too cute in his playcalling.

Did we run and then pass on the goal line in the Eagles game where Romo threw the pic by throwing behind Witten? I think we might have all possible combinations covered.
