It was a quality experience. Started it off with finding free parking right in front. I couldn't believe it and walked around to look for any type of parking signs.

They gave me $7 back (bought tickets ahead online) since I'm a veteran. Tour guide was good, kind of a combination of funny and cheesy, but did a good job.

Highlights of the tour included our tour coinciding with the players going out to practice. Got to see Tank, Quinn, TFred, and Zeke in the weight room. Kristi Scales stopped by to address the group. Charles Haley interrupted the tour, insulted people (was actually kind of cruel to some people), joked with my daughter, shook my hand. Watched Helman, Broaddus, and a third person doing the Draft Show. Saw Clarence Hill and Bill Jones. I know Babe Laufenberg a little and was hoping to see him, but didn't.

The facility is a lot to take in. You get to see the War Room, the team meeting rooms, the training table, the press room, go inside The Ford Center, etc. When your tour doesn't coincide with practice, you get to go out on the practice field.

I've been to other teams practice facilities and all I could think about is how veteran players who join the Cowboys later in their careers must feel going from that private, closed environment to this.

I was disappointed by the team store, expected more. You can buy Rangers, TCU, UT, Oklahoma, A&M, etc stuff in there as well.

I thought the tour information was going to be followed up with the real dirt on Moore approaching Jerry to whine about getting his play calling responsibilities back (which is why we won of course). Lol.

He told a man with a deformity that he was "funny looking" and said something about too many white people being in the building. He was trying to be funny and I know he has a history of not having a filter, so I wasn't offended but some people where visibly shook.

I went two summers ago. Loved it. Would have been even better to see the players there. Tried to sit in Jerrys chair in the war room :) asked the tour guide who was in their the most year round working out and they said Sean Lee and it wasn’t close

Amazing you take the insults into another thread not even talking about the thread I posted. Ignored

LOL. Insult? If you can't take a good-natured ribbing, you're as thin-skinned as I remember. You were one of the people who "ignored" me when you and the other emotional geniuses thought a revamping of the going to the ground rule meant the league was admitting they made the wrong call in the game years ago. Who knew pointing out reading comprehension errors would be received so poorly? Haha.

I met Haley in a Tahoe casino many years ago. We played Blackjack together since he was friends with people at our table. It was just after our 93 Superbowl win, I won $1,500 on the win...lol. He asked me to buy him a drink. He was joking of course, since all of the drinks were free at the table.
