1st #10 to the Jets and Michael Gallup- Dallas gets

DT3 Quinnen Williams. 6'3 285. Perfect 3 tech who has been playing in the wrong type of scheme. Dan Quinn will make great use of him.

2nd #44 Alim McNeil DT1 6'2 320
DL is fixed with Quinnen and this pick. This will benefit the LBs and Secondary

3rd #75 Israel Mukuamu CB/S 6'3 205.

3rd comp Tutu Atwell WR 5'9 170 (4.30) speedster in the Tyreek mold. Move Ceedee outside and this guy to the slot.

4th # 105 Benjamin St Juste CB 6'3 205

4th comp Nico Collins WR 6'4 200

FA
sign Dak
sign Malik Hooker S - typical dallas signing. 1 year. Prove he can be healthy.

7 sacks, 14 QB hits in 13 games last year. Id do #10 plus a 3rd instead of Gallup though

DTs are not worth that unless they are perennial probowlers.

Gallup and a 2nd round pick.
I'm not giving up my 10th pick.

I'm using that pick to take Pitts to replace Gallup.

just my opinion, but drafting a WR in the 3rd and 4th, with the LB needs this team has is a waste.

Maybe but if the WRs there are better than the LBs there, why would you take the LBs?

It's also unlikely that a 4th round LB, for example, would be able to supplant either LVE or Smith for that matter.

Seems like an overpay for Williams.
A 10 picks is over paying
I like the player but a top 10 pick gets you five years of control on a player
My idea is instead of making the offense weaker and paying QB price for a player
Let’s try just using that 10 to draft a player

I don't see the WR's making the team, and even if they do they won't start with CeeDee and Amari.........with the idea that Gallup went. Without Gallup leaving, they don't play. We have already tried Cole Beasley, and the 6'4" guy in the 4th could easily be a 6'6" guy in the 6th who could out jump him.

Dallas needs a MLB thumper who can stack and shed, and do a little coverage. Smith isn't that player, he runs from contact. LVE has neck problems and leads with his head when he comes upon contact -- will never stand up to MLB consistently and will end up on IR much like every time they move Lee back there.

So you take WR's that can't beat out the starting 2 WR we already have locked up for several years, because you don't think the LB's you pick up will be able to supplant the LB's we currently have ? ? ?

That's an interesting question. Do you spend the #10 pick on a total stud with 3 cheap years left on his deal, or do you take the risk to draft your own stud and hope to get 5 cheap years out of him.

I'd be tempted to take Quinnen.

I wouldn't be surprised if a mid rounder could supplant them. Jaylon and LVE were playing at a sub-replacement level for most of last year.

Now Jerry will never let them get benched because of the team's steep investment in both players and his own ego, but Joe Thomas played better than either for most of last season.
