Trade for Hunter and we fill 2 needs!!

A) the cost is far too much
B) He will be a full time WR

Trading up for Hunter is a really, really bad idea.

It’s a bad idea because the fans here are wayyyy tooo conditioned to believe guys like Mazi, Schoonmaker, and Guyton would be better options. Our FOndrafts guys like this in the first and second round. You have to ask yourself, would you rather have those three guys, or a generational guy like Hunter. Then make your decision if it’s “too costly” and a “bad idea”

When monkeys fly out of my ***.
Although I’ll never forgive Coog Bayless and his endless trolling (worthy of a permanent ban and a free ticket to CECOT El Salvador), I will give Bayless credit for coming up with an idea I hadn’t seen elsewhere. TBH, if Hunter slipped into the 6-10 range, I would consider it. I would play him 2 way but he is a much better prospect than the other WRs or CBs out there IMO.

Hypothetical here. What happens if he plays pretty dam good as a two way player, reaches year 4 and its contract time. His agent will obviously want him aid for two positions, could be very interesting as it has never come up before.

I would be surprised if he didn't meet expectations for at least one of the positions.

The good thing about him though is that the guy eats, sleeps and breathes football
I think he’s just going to be known as a great college player.

Like your Charlie Wards, Tim Tebow, Jason White types.

He wasn’t the best CB in the nation or the best WR in the nation, but because he played both ways pretty well for college was got a lot of attention.

I think Hunter is gonna be a bust.
I think his bust status is going to be precipitated by nagging injuries.

The rigours of the first half of the NFL season will probably keep him in the trainer's room for much of his two way career.

He will also be at a deficit of not having sideline coaching time and being in touch with the ongoing game adjustments.

This is a pipe dream for fans who don't know how complex managing the game within the game is.

He will have to chose a position and he’s not the best prospect at any position. If he was just a DB or just a WR there wouldn’t be any of this hype.

I'd rather draft two guys who play their positions really well than one guy who plays two positions just a-ok.

Definitely a possibility of that......maybe the Abdul Carter pick is a better choice at a can't miss.
