Trade for LG?

With all these trade ideas, I was wondering why no one brought this up. If Dallas was going to go all in for this year I would like to see a trade for a young proven left guard. Are there any potential teams that are tanking that could facilitate this trade. I would much rather solidify this weakspot than trade for a wr or a dt.
Or a l t abd move Tyler over.

Bears Teven Jenkins was on trade block in preseason.

Draft for a LG next offseason (not trade)

Or maybe a LT.

Tyler can be dominant at LG, as in All Pro caliber.

Like right now.

Hope he can grow into All Pro caliber LT but it will take time.

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the feedback. I was throwing the idea out there because I see all the dallas media throwing out ideas to trade for receivers like DJ moore or DT payne. It was suppose to be more like a question to the board but you have all these male Karen's making snide comments. I've looked at free agent guards next year that losing teams might unload as they wont be able to resign. My post was not well grammared as I was texting from my phone from work and not in front of a laptop. Even now im on my cell.

we got to realistic here.the chances of Stephen Jones trading for anyone is close to zero and for LG its zero.

Sounds about right . . . they're sure to be awaiting the onset of the next draft. Dreaming of what might be has become a senseless distraction from realiity.

We're not there yet
Identify 4 positions of need and be aggressive in the off season

MvGovern Farniok and Peters ….I think Dallas needs are elsewhere right now . I wish somehow some way KM could rip a page out of the 49er run game and become a little more imaginative then 21 between the tackles constantly .

Here’s a thought get Turpin or Polllard in space at least 3 or 4 times a game break the ice who knows Tyler Smith might find someone to run over .

I'd like to get Montgomery from the Bears. This guy does a lot considering he runs behind one of the worst lines in the league.

He can be dominant at LT too .. which generally is a more difficult position to find than LG,
and a more demanding position than OG.

what LG?
everyone needs o-linemen and you're not gonna trade a good'n if you got a good'n.
our LG will come thru the draft.
for now...its connor mcgovern whose played well since his return.

we need a big body more in the middle of the Dline.

Slow down the run and this unit is special.

Don’t let the negativity get to you. Plenty of people use ‘attack mode’ as their method of communication. And follow that up by blaming everyone other than themselves when things inevitably go sideways.

Back to your question, I felt the same way initially, but my confidence has grown since week one. I think Peters has done well at times and McGovern looks improved with more experience in that spot. I wouldn’t want to give up future draft assets for a rental and stunt his improvement in the process.

I doubt they make any trades, but if I had to pick a position it would be wide receiver.

Solid young offensive lineman are keepers unless their contracts are too expensive. You just don’t trade the hard positions when they’re young. Dallas keeps their high drafts thee exception was Cooper. I hear ya though

I'm not that worried about LG.

IF trading for anyone it would be another DT/LB. And that's if Clark isn't ready at all to play defensive snaps.

Why? The O line has been solid and continues to improve as team chemistry grows within the unit.
