Jerra has been promising for 2 years he is “all in for getting the Cowboys what they need” and he has done absolutely nothing! So here is his chance at starting to make it happen! Give us something besides a QB who may never play & a receiver (MINGO) who may not make the team!

Right, 2 1st plus some other picks for a 31 year old receiver and then try to figure out how to pay 2 receivers 35m annually when he wants a new contract and he’s got you by the balls due to the draft compensation to get him here!

OMG, are you insane? A pair of 30 mil receivers is just what we need to stop the run and win in the playoffs, yup.

Why in the world wouldn't you base this on acquiring a position like DT that would allow us to win playoff games?

In one scenario, the Dolphins would trade Hill and the No. 156 pick to the Cowboys in exchange for the No. 44 pick and a 2026 fourth-round pick: Hill is under contract through 2026. I think its a two year gamble worth taking because Jerra has the money!!

What other FA's are left?? Which DT? The Cowboys have 32 million left in CAP space so they can easily afford Hill! So instead of taking a who knows WR 12th, go get the best athlete available and be locked in at WR! If CD were to go down for any reason, the Cowboys have zero playmakers!!

In one scenario, the Dolphins would trade Hill and the No. 156 pick to the Cowboys in exchange for the No. 44 pick and a 2026 fourth-round pick: not much in draft compensation! Hill is under contract until 2026 and I believe it's a two year gamble worth taking!

Lol!
Miami has no incentive to trade Hill! His contract is now manageable and they’re just now starting to match the premium capital they gave up for him. The scenario you put out is fairytales… hell, actual fairy's spreading pixie dust would be more believable.
At minimum they’d be looking at a 1st and 3rd this season and a 2nd and 4th or 5th next. Again, no incentive to trade him.
His expressing a desire for a trade was nothing more than initial Sabre rattling because he wants a new contract that puts in back in that upper echelon of the top 3 WRs.
WRs are too easy to find coming out of college to drop both the draft capital needed and the contract desired even more so when compounded by the fact that he’s 31, quickly approaching the age where WRs start showing diminished skills and injury issues arise!
