Trading for aging players from the patriots rarely works out

Betting against Belichick is generally a bad move. The only guys to take from him are guys he's just dumping, like Bennett. That was a good trade for us. Got us a decent player cheap.

Two questions:

1. Why are people so obsessed w/ the CB position? I truly don't get it. CB's are useless if you don't get pressure.

2. How in the world do people not know that most CB's are done around the age of 30? Everyone knows RB's generally don't last long, how do they not know that CB's don't last much longer?
So accurate. If you don’t get pressure. The corner position is useless. Corners are there to defend the pass or pick the ball after the DL makes the QB uncomfortable. Ramsey looks way better than he is because of Donald

NE knows when to get rid of their star aging players just at the right time. Gilmore is the perfect example. If they got Gallup, a rising star at WR and probably be their #!....what a gift for Belichek. Heckle and Jeckle better not make that mistake.

Right now you trade players only for draft picks.

And you especially dont trade!!!! I repeate!!!!
You dont trade with the mofo cheating patriots.

You are not able to judge their talent. Just because they cheat so much.
Exactly. If Bill Belicheat is willing to part with him mid season...run, and don't look back!

The Pats are masters of trading players right before they lose value [decline].
Gallup is ascending player. Of course Pats would make that deal, doesnt that make you pause?
