Each of the last two nights I have said we probably won't get a day one pick. To take that a step further, if a sub .500 team offered a 4th for Ellis, I'd take it. Picks in the first half of that round is probably the best we will get.Alexander said:I think even a third is pushing it.

Just a hunch, but if we do trade him, there are going to be some very upset fans who will think we got swindled. DEs on the wrong side of thirty who have never been among the league leaders at the position don't get moved for first day picks very often. And just being "consistent" doesn't fetch premium draft choices either.
