I just think we'd average 30+ points with a healthy Andrew Luck. He's on a bad team but has much more talent than Dak. And , No it's not just because of today. I don't like Dak's accuracy. He's a solid game manager nothing more. It's just preference of style I like explosive pure passers.

Luck has more experience then Dak. Dak will improve.

People underestimated Denver

Denver was 9-7 last yr with horrible QB play. They wore down at the end of the season, and still finished 4th in points allowed and yards. Von Miller might be the best Rush LB ever. The rest of that line is stout.

On top of that, Denver, like the Cowboys, really didn't have a head coach last season(or the year they won it) they were team coordinators.

While we're trashing Dak. Maybe we learned more about others on this roster.

Maybe all those All Pros on that OL are fraudulent

Maybe this receiving corp isn't that great. Look at it. Its nothing spectacular.

First when someone brings up these crazy trade ideas they rarely, if ever, consider the cap ramifications.
Secondly if Dak is so bad and Luck is so good...why would Indy want to trade the Cowboys Luck for Dak. Those kinds of arguments when a forum member will throw someone under the bus for being bad but then turn around and act like another team would trade for him for a player they feel is far superior is mind boggling.

I said it several years ago when Romo kept getting injured and will say it again, if I'm trading for a QB that is just hitting his prime, I want Matt Stafford. I don't care about the Lion's record against .500 teams, Matt is a gun-slinging gamer that would wreak havoc if he had any semblance of a balanced offense (run game).

I want no part of Luck. He doesn't have a good team, either, but he is very inconsistent game to game and really hasn't progressed that much his past couple of years. At least the mediots unfounded love-fest for him has been hosed down a bit lately.

His highest completion % is 63.5%

His highest adjusted yards per attempt is 7.9 yards


All of which are significantly lower than Dak last season.

I agree that Dak is our QB for the next 8-10 months. Cooper Rush should get his first start about week 12 or so
