Will never happen because out part-time GM is too lazy to make a deal. It's easier to just take a contract from his agent and sign on the bottom line at the very last minute.

And if those 3-4 players are Mazi Smith, Taco Charlton and Tyler Guyton it means nothing. We’ve seen what this team does with late first rounders and it’s ugly. Micah isn’t why we suck.
IF IF and more IF. So let's play "if" ...if this team continue drafting players like that, then expect more seasons just like 2024. Plus..... moe of the ZERO Free agency moves for lack of cap space. So, sell more jerseys and continue being a marketing team.

Zack Martin career is all but over. The Cowboys, like Demarcus Ware, wasted his years with this marketing team. Ware had to get out of Dallas for a chance to even play for a Conference finals. Not only did Ware get that chance, but played & won a Superbowl, with Denver. Martin will not get that chance.
Dallas should trade Parsons to a football team that has a chance to experience what Ware did. He is wasting his skills with the Cowboys who's #1 care is the business side of football and NOT the winning side of football

Yeah,
Because White and especially Martin were the epitome of maturity in their early 20s!
I'm not talking about maturity, I'm talking about greatness! And if you think that kid has anything close to those two, you need to revise your thoughts. By the way, I bet those other two worked part time jobs during the offseason, not making podcasts like a damn teenager.

The time to trade him was before this season. The closer he gets to FA the less draft capital you get for him. Teams would have given up a ton for him if he had 2 years of rookie salary. Teams don't give up a ton of picks and huge contracts. Philly got a young superstar beast of a receiver for the 19th pick only just because he needed a new deal. Jerry keeps getting caught in these situations. How can he draft a potential top 5 QB when you just gave Dak a 1/4 billion. Jeez

I don’t think the answer is grabbing more picks though. Start building your team correctly. Start from the trenches. You don’t weaken your trenches by trading Micah.

You have a depth issue, interior issue, coaching issue, Gm issue…and that doesn’t get fixed because you trade away Micah.

A lot of us knew that Parsons would be wasted here and that this toxic culture would poison him. We were correct.

you cant fix the bottom until the top is fixed.

To JJ there is no problem.

Parsons is arguably Dallas's best player, but I was saying all off-season it was the perfect time to trade him. The best time to strike is when the player is on the way up, before his ceiling is known, and before injuries start to take their toll. Just imagine if Dallas was not married to Dak, and Parsons was traded. There would at least be some hope.
I would trade him and save the $40M+ for Free Agency. Finish rebuilding the OLine. We spent a lot of money on Dak and if you can't protect him what was the point?

Is it coincidental that just a year ago Zack held out for a bigger contract and now his career is all but over?

Parsons - all he wants is a big bag, so send him off and let some other team pay that price. He's like Dak in my opinion, winning is secondary to getting paid.
No it is not a coincidence that Jerry has no idea what he is doing. O'Cyrus was there in round two and we passed on him. Then paid Zach Martin $36M.

And we drafted Schoonmaker instead.

Hmmm…
He wouldn’t be making podcasts if y’all weren’t tuning in!

Yes ! I am doing Parsons a favor by getting out of Dallas. He will never even play in a NFC Conference game. If Parson truly wants to win, he needs to come to Jesus moment and say it will not happen in Dallas.

And Dallas only hurts themselves ---even more--- play a 3rd player RECORD BREAKING contract. So just get ready for MORE UDFA to surround their 3 players, which will eventually shorten their careers. How? Dak, Lamb and Parsons will get injured more because teams will only have to focus on them
Yes....I agree if PARSONS REALLY wants to win, he should get put of Dallas

But if he really wants lots of attention for his podcasts, lots of drama and juicy gossip, cute fingernail paint color options, and people paying attention to him, he should stay.

So I think he'd stay
