Seeing other teams have no sacred cows and happy to trade, what do you think the Cowboys players would fetch. My guess

1. Dak, 2nd to 4th (contract)
2. Elliot- untradeable
3. Pollard - 4th or 5th
4.Lamb - 2nd
5. Tyron - 4th (age/injury)
6. Martin - 3rd (age)

7. Any Dline - 7th at best
8. Parsons - 1st and 3rd or next year's 2nd
9. Diggs - 1st and next year's 5th
10. Brown - 4th
11. Joseph - 3rd

Best bet is to trade Diggs now as we aren't (shouldnt) pay that upcoming contract for a CB. He can't repeat last year as mean reversion nor with the current slop at DL. Get Jordan Davis and build up the middle

Next is hope for Dak to bounce back and trade him after next year if there is a desperate team.

Outside that, have to draft like it is 2005 every year
Agree with your values, except Joseph a little high

I am no fan of Prescott but as it stands today he would fetch a 1st and probably a 2nd. The contract is hefty but the league has
shown over the past fortnight that risk taking is on trend ( exact the Boys of course). Before the merry go round of the recent past he'd probably had got 2 1st picks.
If he plays like he did in the first half dozen games last year he will be the Boys QB so no worries, if he plays poorly ( especially against the better teams) he won't be worth what he is today.

Parsons is worth at least two firsts.

Sorry but I think your over valuing our talent, the only player we could trade that's worth anything is Parsons

We offered the Eagle three 1st round picks to take you at their message board but they laughed at us...

There's no Herschel Walker on this squad. Parsons gets a ton of draft picks, but we don't want to get rid of him, unlike #34 who was overrated by the time Jimmy came onboard.
Hershal would bring a 2nd in today's world....at best
His trade was in an era when players didn't get traded
Jimmy just fleeced the Vikes

Prescott is untradeable. Nobody's taking on that contract.

Dak would easily return a 1st at least and maybe a couple of them. He would be very cheap for a team to trade for. He has no guaranteed salary left and could be had for 1 year at $1.6M, 2 years at $32.6M (16.3M per) or 3 years and $66.6M

Prescott would get a similar return then Watson especially because of the contract. He would be cheap for a team trading for him because of the giant signing bonus. But it will never happen.

With what was listed, I'm not sure I would trade anyone.

1. Dak, 2nd to 4th (contract) - After what Watson got, I just cant see someone not offering a min 1st rounder for Dak, probably more. Especially with the general consensus on the current draft class of QBs.
2. Elliot- untradeable - You right
3. Pollard - 4th or 5th - Maybe, a 3rd is where I may consider it
4.Lamb - 2nd - It really does interest me how Cowboy fans devalue Lamb. I'm not sure I would take a 1st, unless its a high one.
5. Tyron - 4th (age/injury) - This may be accurate I cant really say. My guess is if they felt Tyron could fetch a high pick he would be gone instead of Collins
6. Martin - 3rd (age) - I bet you're selling him short. Only 31, I dont think its unreasonable to think he plays at a high level throughout the rest of his contract. He really hasnt shown many signs of slowing down

7. Any Dline - 7th at best - Overreaction....
8. Parsons - 1st and 3rd or next year's 2nd - Khalil Mack got 2 1st on the last year of his rookie deal. Parsons in year 2 would be insanely high. I dont think this is even close to what he could bring.
9. Diggs - 1st and next year's 5th - I bet this would be closer to what the Jags got for Ramsey than you think. Diggs still has 2 years on his rookie deal.
10. Brown - 4th - Cant argue this one
11. Joseph - 3rd - This one is a head scratcher. Limited action, sure, but a 2nd rounder last season plays very well when he sees the field and is worth less just a year later? I bet you would have a line of teams that would give a 2nd rounder for him.

I like this. All of our players are devalued because the fanbase is dejected from losing for 20+ years and we have a massive issue when handing out second contracts. You will see this fanbase turn on Micah Parson's when his contract is coming up and he wants to get paid as the highest LB in the league because he is a defacto DE, you will see.

Lamb being undervalued is very interesting. You guys think he has problems with drops but the expectations are skewed due to what Jefferson is doing in MIN and being drafted lower. Imagine how the eagles feel with Reagor. It took Devante 2 seasons to get it together and trust me this season will be a huge step in the right direction, keep in mind last year was his first full season with Dak.

Lastly, the Dak value on here is a joke. You guys hate him that's cool trust me 20 other teams would line up to take him especially on the contract he is on, you guys don't think a team like WFT, DEN (pre-Wilson), SEA, NE (pre Mac) in Dak's signing year, NO, LV, PITT, CAR would not be banging on our door? He would get at minimum 2 firsts and a brand new contract. Zeke is the only on here that truly makes sense, no one wants him.

Usually I think people overvalue players but I think you are undervaluing a few. For Dak his contract is actually VERY good for whoever trades for him, if they were to trade you get a very cheap cap number this year and 2 below market hits for the next 2 years so you are guaranteed multiple 1s to get a good QB on a cheap deal for 3 years (for point of comparison look to Stafford and Dak is cheaper than Stafford and younger). For Parsons you would not even continue listening if the deal wasn't multiple 1s. When you look at defensive players traded for multiple 1s Parsons is not only as good, if not better, he is significantly earlier in his rookie deal than those past trades. Everything else is probably close enough to being right.

You couldn't get a 7th rounder for Greedy inept Dak.......He is a franchise QB only in Jerry's world!

Sounds like the epitome of Dallas deal. You've been taught well.

And to be funny, the joke has to based in reality. Keep chugging at it and make us a breakdown when you come up with a good one
