Yea it's solid value until you are sitting in next years draft room with a need when a guy like Spencer could be gone and you have no first round pick.
If you want to trade a pick you have to do it with some plan.. If you think you are going to get compensatory picks for Felix, Jenkins, and Victor butler you can go ahead and move some future late round picks. Trading future picks always seems like a good idea until you are hit with the reality that the NFL draft is extremely important and you cant afford to have no first rounder unless you used it to get a very good player like the Commanders did with RG3.. If this was next years draft and you were telling me to trade the current first and a future first for Clowney I may be ok with it. I am NOT ok with trading a future first for a high 2nd round pick in this years draft..
