I voted to resign (even though I'm really on the fence), but I hope we don't end up with the same regrets we have with Dak.

Thanks for allowing the opportunity to change our votes if we choose to do so.

Easy decision for me......resign BUT 3-year MAX ( an out 2028 )
Injuries scare the heck out of me ............avoid holding a contract w/o getting 17 games ( see Sean Lee )

This poll is irrelevant. All the Cowboys insiders even Belt/Broaddus says the Cowboys will resign Parsons.

Without Parsons our defense becomes as bad as our offense. We would totally be the Raiders. Resigning Dak and CeeDee would have been made no sense. Once you extended Dak you had no choice but to resign Micah.

I know this gets talked about ad nauseum, but I just want to see the what percentage of Cowboys fans actually want to trade him
I would revise that question. I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to trade him.

The question really is, can the Cowboys afford to keep him?

Yes, but at a very dangerous price. It would take the complete loss of any measurable depth on the team. Any injury to a starter would have a devastating effect. That is not a sound strategy going into a season.

I don't think the Cowboys can afford to keep him at his perceived market value.

I also thought the Cowboys should have only signed Parsons and Lamb before the season started because they represent the future more than Dak.

You guys grossly overstate how much of a toll signing Parson would have on the roster
