Trading Partners?

how many minutes does each team get in the 1st round this year?

I believe it's 10 min now.

A likely trade partner. I would not be surprised to see New England trade for Barber and/or Spears.

I think Crayton stays put unless Miami offers something in order to get #12, but not if it includes #27.

NE has had enough of the other half of the Gopher tandem to want any parts of Barber imo.

I also think everyone should cool off about us trading up in the first round of the draft. If we do, it's only a few spots, and it's likely for Iupati.

I could see us trading up in the 2nd round, though.

I agree. I don't see the Boys moving up unless Bryant is around. Otherwise, I think they will trade down and try to target Allen or Burnett in the late 1st round or early 2nd round and then focus on OL with their original 2nd round pick.

This all could change though if a trade is consumated using Spears and/or MartyB.

Patriots want Odrick. If he is gone, they may take Gresham. If both are gone...the phone will ring.

Awesome I forgot about that!

1st thing Roger has done right!

What's just as good is it drops to 7 minutes in round two, and 5 minutes the rounds after that.

If a team wants Bennett than I think it would be wise to wait and trade him during next season.

Why? Unless he suddenly starts performing better, his value will drop even more. And if he performs better, why trade him?

We could probably get a 1st rounder for him considering you have to give up a lot more to get value during the Reg season.

This is a very very deep TE draft. I doubt many teams will need tight ends or will be willing to give up on the rookies they just drafted. In other words, after this draft, the market shrinks even more. Last year it was a weak tight end draft and teams like the Bengals had a need. After this weekend, we would have to hope for devastating injuries to a lot of teams for Bennett to have first round value. And if he isn't producing, nobody will give a first.

Personally I wouldn't trade him but I dont have a bipolar Tight End disorder like the Cowboys do.
If anyone is bipolar, it is Bennett.

All the Cowboys might want is a productive player who they have confidence in to be a professional. He has done absolutely nothing to indicate he can or even wants to do that.

Disagree. Trade him now, while you can. Given Bennett's track record so far, what makes you think some team would give a 1st rounder for him during the regular season?

Because they did it last year and I doubt he regresses from year 2 to 3.
