Longtime Dallas fans knew the Cowboys shoe was going to drop. It has been going on for over 2 decades. Why the realistic Dallas fans were not getting gitty with the 6 game win streak because the shoe was going to drop. And the Cowboys have not had a home field advantage -- in their own stadium. Barely over .500 record in AT & T and the enemies know it

As if this comes as no surprise Dallas fans. Cowboys collapse @ Thanksgiving ( lost 4 of their last 5 games) and the remaining of the season. The team will do another Falcons games sometime between Turkey Day and the final game, but for decades, have a losing record the final 4-5 games of the season.
Cowboys bought into early season run because of the starving for success. An entire generation looks at the Dallas Cowboys like they are the Detroit Lions......no success.

Was just thinking about this yesterday. Typical. It’s funny because me and some others were saying after 4 games or so that this team is different. It’s a different culture. It’s BS, this team is the same old thang. Unless it’s the injuries.

It is frustrating, no doubt.

That said, life is all about perspective and this season is no different. The Cowboys are 7-4 right now and because they were 7-2, it looks much worse. If the Cowboys had been 5-4 and were now 7-4, the perspective would be much better with the same record.

If the Cowboys win their next two games, they would be 9-4 and a lot of fans will think, "They're back!" just like a lot think, "Season is over!" right now.

It will be interesting to see if the Cowboys peaked at 6-1 or if the injuries really are to blame for their 1-3 record since then.

After 25+ years though, it is hard to expect a pattern change until it happens so until then ...

Or maybe some fans are just too dumb to read an injury report?

Well just think about it. When did the cowboys start playing bad?

what was it that coincided around the exact time?

My reality is since 5 of the remaining 6 opponents are below .500, it would not surprise me if they won 4 of them which would create another false hope facade.

Then when the post season starts their ceiling is most likely one win at best. Maybe not even one.

So yeah, Same Old Cowboys.

Just give me all the starters for 1 freaking game.
And......move Dak around and THROW DEEP.
ZEKE SHORT YARDAGE ONLY.

MIKE GO SIT IN THE BOX WITH JERRY
WE'LL START WINNING

This team is too good for that. Get healthy for the stretch run.

Refs played a major part in two losses calling or not calling (irony) penalties on essentially the final play that gave the other team an easy fg win.

We will be fine in January when it matters most.

We shall see, and I agree about the refs, oline does seem like it’s out of sync lately, reinforcements coming back next week. Can’t wait and hopefully we go back to our punishing ways. I think Lawrence with parsons and eventually Gregory gonna create a lot of problems, Cooper anyone who doubts his value you now lol I just don’t know what to tell ya

I honestly think Tony Pollard fixes a lot of our current problems if they just focus on getting him in space.

Throw to Pollard, get him on the edge, do whatever you have to do to get him in space and let him create.

Man coverage has destroyed our offense right now.

Losing Amari is huge as he can beat Man any day of the week.

Agree on Coop, guess we put to rest the WR depth everyone said we have. Heck I would have rather seen Turner out there.

Agree about D line and Parsons fully coming together will be better. However, if you have been a long time fan of the cowboys, can we ever hit in the draft or free agents on corners and safeties? We pulled together the falcons DB"S for our team this year !! That is insane ownership! I was going to list players off the top of my head from the last 15 years but you fans know who they are.

Agree, but our DB"S are just BAD! Have been for a lotta years. not sure of your age but it has been years.

Good job. One fact check. We have lost 3 of last 4 not 4 of last 5.
Happy Thanksgiving

I drank the Kool Aid this year. I still haven’t given up 100 pct but losing at home to a Raiders team that was ready to quit on the season is a disgrace. Key injured players are coming back and 4 out of 6 are in the division so the playoffs are likely. A one and done playoff run, again, will really take a bite out of my fandom. Missing the playoffs this year will make me one of the most hated guys on this Board because I will go on a post season rant like no other.

They have had some good games this year. Some not great lol, I’ve seen a lot worse tho. Lawrence and Gregory should make it easier for our secondary
