And why's it on the fans? Don't get me wrong, I don't like constant negativity either. I'd like to see us reach levels I've yet to see as a fan. But, isn't it Jerry's job to make us feel better about the team? Isn't it Jerry's job to put a team together consistently that can compete?

Like I said leading in and during the season, if Jerry gave effort and it didn't work, I wouldn't be upset. I'd appreciate that he's at least trying, and I can run with it from there. What I don't like is the constant excuses from the Joneses about why certain things can't be done without even trying to see if they can be done.
Because we don't need that much redundancy as a fan base we all know the same things we read the same stories the same Twitter pages we have the same feelings it doesn't need to be discussed year round it doesn't need to constantly be rehashed like the redundancy in every post it's the same people posting the same feelings we already know it is all the fans you are basically rooting this page for some of us that come in and just want to discuss football or at least stay in the moment not last year or ten years ago or 28 years ago or what's gonna happen in this coming draft in the now we can stay in the now excuse me...
There'd be a whole lot less negativity if we talked about the positives more I like the post about Hoffman and bass and how the lion looks like they're playing better and how Rico dado is a lot better player than people thought and we're talking about football and what they were doing in the game and yes the negativity is OK when you say the coaches blew the game is bad play calling bad coaching that kind of negativity is normal just being upset about the game plans and what happened in the game or why didn't this guy play more this guy should have played less blah blah blah these are the things we're supposed to be talking about the other things we've heard already again 75 different ways it's the same thing being said every year every day every week so yeah people like me get angry and it makes it my mission to counter every one of those posts thank goodness I'm going on making station next week.. Starting tomorrow I'll be in keystone Co on the slopes and hopefully I don't remember to get all these things at night in the hotel 'cause this stuff is getting old and ugly.

So, what's the point of having a forum then? I mean, if I want to focus just on positives, I suppose we will be getting a relatively high draft pick. We will be probably changing coaches, even though I like McCarthy. We have a chance to get a better run game and run stopping defence. But I mean, that doesn't change the fact we're probably finishing around 5-12 or 6-11. There's only so much positive stuff we can post when this season was likely toast before it began and had gone the way it's going. So, I'm not really sure what you're complaining about fans for? That's literally the point of a forum.

Plus, sure, let's focus on the now. We lost a player who was looking like a star linebacker for probably all next year. Our run game is bad. Who knows what Dak's mobility will be like next year. Parsons doesn't look happy. Yeah, lots of positives there.

My VCR broke the other day. Now I can't watch Cowboys Super Bowl games...

Obvious joke for those that have no sense of humor. I'm going to be 32 at the end of the month. I have no VCR.
Lucky for you youngsters they have Youtube. I recommend watching the 92 NFC championship game which is my favorite Cowboys game of all time. You will never see two teams that loaded on both sides of the ball again.

Tbf, my parents have one and I grew up watching stuff on it as I was born in late 92. That said, I was mainly saying it as a joke. But yeah, it's amazing watching the 90s Cowboys on YouTube and on NFL Network.
