I wouldn't rule out Shaduer Sanders as long as Jerry is the war room. We seen Atlanta do the same thing with Cousins and Penix. With Dak looking like he's slowing down physically I wouldn't rule out having Shaduer backing up Dak for a few years and then taking over in the future. Jerry would break the internet with that pick on draft night.
Lance is his Shedeur.

Think back. Ask yourself why we drafted Zeke 4th overall. Romo was coming off a major injury and was in the middle of his 2013 6-year extension. Zeke was drafted coz Romo had a career year when DeMarco Murray led the league in rushing 2014. Romo missed most of the 2015 season and then lost his job before the 2016 season.

My point is there are some weird similarities here...... just watch, Jerry's going all in for the best RB to help Dak. I'm not saying it will be Jeanay in the top 5 but I can certainly see Jerry trading down and taking this kid. Seeing the impact Barkley and Henry are having on their offenses.......

* Dak just signed a new extension
* Dak had a career year last season ( first as ALL-PRO )
* Dak will likely miss most of this season

BPA, it will be awesome if we land between 4 and 8. We would get an outstanding player and pick high in every round. It would be nice to add a top of the draft talent regardless of position and then add a top of the 2nd talent which is normally equivalent to where we usually pick in the 1st.

I could see Jeanty being a Cowboy. Especially if the Cowboys pick between 7 and 10 and he is on the board.

Taking Jeanty wouldn’t surprise me at all bc we’re talking about the Cowboys…but taking Zeke over Ramsey was one of the worst draft decisions we’ve made in the last decade.

RBs don’t put your team over the hump, have a short shelf life and are dependent on good OL play and scheme.

while I think this under rates what a GREAT RB can do for you; for those forgetting Emmitt, I think that if we get a real premium pick we have to look for a true DIFFERENCE maker on the DL and I would clearly prioritize DT there
OR TRADE DOWN

It certainly helps…but it’s a luxury. We have holes everywhere can’t do it.

I agree with this.

You cannot draft a QB top 10 with Daks contract.

We need to find a RB1, WR2, OG, DE, DT.
Safety as well, think Wilson and Hooker might both be cap causalities. Maybe Wilson will be better with another defensive coordinator.

I would interview them all and ask, "are you willing to forego the chance at winning a Superbowl and be overpaid instead?"

Think WR2 is a very high need. The defense has been serviceable since the bye. It gets worn down when the offense can’t stay on the field. Give me T McMillan

Just need to see what kind of athlete he is…a lot of contested catches so wonder how good of a separator he’s going to be.

At 6'5 i'm not sure he will ever be a major separator. But boy, he's a stud.Very athletic and smooth.
If he doesn’t have the athleticism to separate then I’d be out on him picking around 5.

There are a ton of tall WRs that have had super quick feet and the athleticism to be great separators in the league.

I'm taking Hunter because that is the smart pick.

The pick I'd like to make would be Jeanty, because it would be extremely cool.

i'd have a hard time passing on travis hunter if he's on the board.
but jeanty seems like a natural here.
