Is there a particular reason you said "brah" a lot?

So this is how the tough guys from the Bronx do it, huh? Pretty pathetic, even for a wannabe. Name the game, "brah".

By the way, locals prefer "bruddah". Its the wannabe tourists who use "brah". Fitting.

Is LaBroken on the Chiefs yet?

:laugh2:

Dude has got some guns on him... I'm still baffled that he got released from the Cards... Their workers compensation claims must be enormous... :)

I'll stay out of the 'war of the words', but I think this is where he ends up as well.

Pendergast is running the defense now and that team looks to need more options at OLB.

Plus I think they still have a boatload of cap space.

I want to see Ellis stick around. Ellis is very productive and is a leader. I want to see Ellis with a ring before he retires a Cowboy. Ellis is a vet that gets the job done. He's good in Phillips system. He's been in the top 3 for sacks every since Phillips got here and dating back to Parcells.

Here's the old adage. How much willLaBoy cost to be a role player? Is he willing to be. If so and we're paying him like we did Tank, I think we can depend on him in that capacity and therefore this would be a solid pickup.

Spencer has had health issues as well. Maybe not as severe but he has had them. If Ellis is no longer with us come the start of the season and we are relying totally on Spencer to stay healthy all season andif not these late round rookies to push their weight around, I think we're playing with fire at that position.

Now, if LaBoy can't get on the field for 1 year, can't get going fulltilt in training camp, nor can't be ready for week 1, he doesn't help us if we're worried about having another vet presence should Spencer go down. The money says Ellis will be gonzo and we could use that money to help on Ware's contract. But Ellis at a more sensible price stillserves a good use to this team. Declining skills or not, he is good ole reliable.

I just also see too many if's at important positions on this team health wise without a consistently healthy vet backup at Austin and Spencer's spots. I like that they are going to get to start but their have been durability issues with both players and these arekey spots on our teams. There needs to be a dependable contingency and having Hurd, Stanback and 2 late round rookies as those contingencies creep me out.

LOL! LaBoy got released because he snuck into the Gatorade fridge during unattended hours.
